Our providers have extensive experience with therapeutic injections such as trigger point injection, epidural steroid injections, BOTOX® injection, nerve blocks and the implantation of spinal cord stimulators and pumps to name a few.

Some therapeutic injections we perform:
BOTOX? In addition to treating wrinkles, Botox? is useful for treating chronic pain. The most common pain problem treated is resistant muscle spasms of the upper and lower extremity and back. Resistant headaches, either migraine or chronic tension headache, are also commonly treated with botulinum toxin. Less common problems treated with Botox? are piriformis syndrome or cervical dystonia (torticollis).

Epidural Injections and Nerve blocks - local anesthesia or steroids injected near specific nerves in the spinal column that affect different parts of the body.  Three common - face, arm and hand; spine, lower back, legs and feet; and abdomen. 

Joint and Trigger point injections (muscle) - We perform a variety of injection including the use of Viscosupplementation, steroid or anesthetic injections.
