Dr. Minor is the Medical Director at LA Pain & Wellness Institute whose focus is the restoration of function.  To the highest functional level possible while providing effective pain management.   Dr. Minor works with a multispecialty team that can provide on a daily to weekly basis evaluations of functionally significant progress towards a return-to-work or functional living/lifestyle goal.

Dr. Minor is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Management and Pain Medicine. He currently has privileges at Good Samaritan Hospital, St. Vincent Hospital and Cha-Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Dr. Minor obtained his graduate Medical Degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago and his Post-Graduate Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas .

Additionally, Dr. Minor specializes in EMG/NCV,  is a Qualified Medical Examiner for the State of California and is an Independent Medical Examiner, as well as a Medical Expert Witness for plantiff and defense cases.

Dr. Minor has managed multidisciplinary inpatient and outpatient programs in Texas, Arizonia and California, is a past President of the California Society of Physical Medicine & Rehabiliation and is a Member of California Society of Industrial Medicine & Surgery.
